FAQs
What’s the catch? Friends and families must buy a minimum of 120 tickets in order to cover our costs. Once 120 tickets have been sold, you pay nothing!
How much are tickets? Viewers buy virtual tickets are $25 each with a $1.62 service fee, for a total of $26.62 per ticket.
What if we do not sell at least 120 tickets? If less than 120 tickets are sold then your organization is responsible for paying the remaining value of the tickets to equal the value of 120 tickets. Example: If only 100 tickets were sold, then your organization would be required to pay $500, the value of 20 tickets. The deadline to sell 120 tickets is 7 days after the event date (payments to get access to the recording count toward the total).
Where can Parents buy tickets? Studio 637 creates a custom web page where viewers can buy tickets. The URL will be www.studio-637.com/[yourschoolname2019]. The video player may also be embedded to any website.
What happens after viewers buy a ticket? Once a ticket has been purchased, viewers simply log in to access the live stream or recording.
Why type of equipment does Studio 637 bring? Studio 637 brings everything needed for the best quality live webcast. Our standard package includes 3 cameras, 1 Camera Operator, 1 Technical Director, and 1 Audio Engineer. Our team will work with your production team to get an audio feed to our system for the live stream.
What does your school need to provide? Your school is responsible for providing power for our equipment, and access to your internet. If a fast and reliable internet connection cannot be provided, then Studio 637 cannot guarantee the quality of the stream. We will bring our own internet solution. However, if the worst should happen, the HD recording will be uploaded for viewing within 12 hours of the event.
