Alex Lockwood grew up in Denver, CO, and moved to L.A., where he earned a degree in Natural Science from LMU. In pursuit of his love of music production, he attended SAE Institute: School of Audio Engineering in Hollywood. Soon after graduating, he started engineering at Studio 637.
As the A1 Engineer of our audio department, Alex leads a team of engineers who work hard to capture and perfect your sound. He specializes in recording, mixing and mastering music, and he is experienced in many other tasks involving sound, including; Voice Over and ADR Recording, Live Sound, Live Stream Mixing, Production and Post-production Sound for Film/TV/Online, Audio Restoration, and Music Production. Alex finds excitement in the process of recording and manipulating audio to ultimately create a product that truly resonates with listeners.
